Code of Business Conduct sets forth the basic principles and liabilities that LONGi devotes itself to undertaking in the aspect of compliance and all the directors, senior management and employees of LONGi will always perform. For LONGi, achieving final business value is vital, but the achieving process and manner are important, too. LONGi requests all the employees to perform their own tasks and duties, internalize the content of Code of Business Conduct in heart and externalize it in the form, and if necessary, adopt the code of conduct which is consistent with LONGi's core values, and safeguard the interests and honor of LONGi, LONGi personnel and interested parties.
